Trip Inclusions

Not Included:

Flight exclusions: Flight deviations, upgrades, baggage fees, preferred seat assignments, and any additional transfer costs for arrivals or departures outside of the main group schedule.

Personal expenses such as gratuities, private transfers, tours, meals, beverages, shopping, spa services, and offsite activities not listed in the inclusions are not covered. Guests are also responsible for any lost or damaged baggage or personal property, as well as independent transportation arrangements.

At the hotel, room upgrades, specialty dining, upgraded wine, private experiences, motorized water sports, and services such as laundry, business center use, and telephone charges are excluded.

Medical services, treatments, and personal training are not included. Guests are responsible for any damages to hotel property, and a credit card hold may be required at check-in for incidentals.

All guests are responsible for their own medical care and related expenses, including any costs resulting from illness, injury, or failure to meet travel requirements.

Guests must adhere to all hotel, airline, and vendor policies; any additional costs resulting from non-compliance or disruptions will be the responsibility of the traveler. Any item not explicitly listed as included should be considered excluded
